Shipping & Delivery

The shipping cost of your item will be calculated at the time of checkout. You will have a chance to review your shipping cost before finalizing your purchase. Your shipping cost will be based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping option that you choose.

We ship through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic
> USPS First-Class mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation [5-7 business days]
> USPS Priority Shipping [2-3 business days]
> USPS Express Mail [Overnight]

International
Please note that orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, which are solely the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

You will receive an email notification when your order ships. If you have chosen USPS Priority or Express Mail or UPS, this email will contain a Tracking Number. You can check your order status by clicking on My Account and logging in. Your current and past orders will be listed on your Account page.

Pick-up
Going to be in the Beacon area? You can always pick things up at our store, located at 149 Main St., Beacon, NY.

Questions about your order? You can call us at 845-481-0149 during store hours, or email us any time at . Please note that custom orders will take longer to ship. We will email you with an estimated shipping date.

Privacy & Security
The security of your information is important to us. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party.
Returns & Replacements

If you would like to return any items, please send us an email or give us a call. Refunds and exchanges cannot be guaranteed unless you contact us before returning the items.

Refunds and exchanges will be granted for 14 days after purchase. There are no returns or exchanges on Bath and Body items or on Custom Orders.

If you receive a damaged item, or the incorrect item, we will pay for the item to be shipped back to us, and will send you a replacement item at no charge, or refund your money.

If you are simply not pleased with what you ordered, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or store credit. The cost of returning the item to us will be at your expense. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Ordering

To place an order, browse through the site and select the items that you would like to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart". You can click on "My Cart" at anytime to update the contents of your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click "Checkout" at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page or at the top of any page in the navigation menu to begin the checkout process.

You will be prompted to log in to your account before you can complete checkout. If you do not have an account, you can open one with us. It's very easy and only takes a few minutes to do!

When you are done shopping, remember to log off to protect your account.

You can also complete checkout without creating an account, just select "Checkout as Guest" when checking out. However, if you choose this option, none of your user information will be kept in our records and you will not be able to review or track your orders directly.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards, or you can choose to pay using your PayPal account. Orders paid by Paypal will be processed instantly. If you don't have a PayPal account and would like more information, please visit the Paypal website by clicking here.
Tax

NY State Residents will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their county upon checkout.

Custom Orders

See something you like but want it made in a slightly different way, or emblazoned with your name? Many of our artists are open to custom orders. Email us at with subject line "Custom Order" and we will do our best to work something out. Note that most custom orders will cost more and/or take longer to ship, and all custom orders are non-returnable.
